23rd January 2009 - Chinese New Year is coming very soon. DiGi is generous enough this year! All the staff received a BIG AngPow from the company, RM321! We did not expect anything more than RM10 per person when they announced the company is giving AngPow. Most of us were still busy doing our work due to the long CNY holiday.

I was just curious about the amount that the company will give, so I went down to the Lobby area to find out the amount. The moment i stepped out from the elevator, the entire Lobby was full and everyone was already queuing for their AngPow.

10th October 2008 - Always say busy with work and no time for this and that. All are just excuses. I've not been updating my blog for a very long time. Really "fatt mou" already. =.='

Actually I've taken a lot of photos for the pass one month and wanted to blog about it. But whenever I'm home sitting in front of my computer, I'll start chasing TVB series. It's like my default mode for now.

Anyway, I'll just post some of the events from my work place this time. Hope that there will be more happening and eventful programs towards the end of the year.

Another New Toy!!!

24th July 2008 - I finally got it!!! I've booked one for myself when it first launch few months ago. I've been waiting impatiently everyday and my boss asked me this afternoon if I want one and asked another colleague to get it from her dealer.

There are only 1000 units in Malaysia and I got the 144th YellowMan. It comes with a certificate as well. The retail price for it is RM89.90 nationwide and I got it for RM72 after discount for all DiGi staff. All the 1000 units are probably taken by DiGi staff only. Maybe it's too valuable cause my colleague said she saw people put it on ebay and it's selling at the price of 300USD!!! Not sure if it's true or not and that is why I want to get one for myself. (can sell it when I'm broke) =p

Quans Ice Cream & Coffee

8th July 2008 - Went to Quans for dinner and yum cha session together with Howdy and Kingdrian, our regular spot for dinner and water blowing session. (go there almost 3 to 4 times a week) The reason we like to go there is because of ICE JASMINE and the food. It's simply delicious and economical. Howdy will always order two plates and end up 'pei-ing' for the rest of the night. Haha...

This afternoon we got a complimentary Fried Abalone Mushroom from one of the waiter, Saruz because we sent him funny ring tones few months ago. He's a very nice and funny guy from Nepal. I gave him a nickname, Rhino (Rhino+Saruz) hahaha.. and he said it's ok cause it's one of the wrestler in TNA.

MRI Scan & Physiotherapy

8th July 2008 - Went to Pantai Hospital in Pandan Indah this morning for MRI Scan & Physiotherapy. Spent almost the whole day in the hospital. Damn boring!!! Luckly my mum was with me throughout the whole day and also Kit after her work.

Went for some light exercise in the REHAB Centre before going for MRI Scan. Was struggling trying to straighten my leg, stretching the muscle and squeezing the ball with both thigh. The physio advised me to do all the exercises everyday so that my muscles will not soften, otherwise sure 'kantoi' BIG TIME!!! Besides exercising, the physio did UltraSound on my leg (dunno why they do it) and Electrical Stimulation treatment to ease the pain.

After all the treatment, I went for the scan that took me almost 45 minutes in the capsule. Fell asleep inside cause they provide headphones and I was hoping that they'll play REHAB in the playlist. I farted inside the capsule as well... haha.. =p The doctor advised me to be admitted to the hospital for at least one or two days but I refused cause I'll be damn bored staying alone at night!!!

Finally, the doctor wrote a referral letter to a Pyhsiotherapist and stated "Please start an intensive REHAB for Tan Yee Meng as soon as possible" This time they are really trying to make me go to REHAB and I will definitely say YEA!!! YEA!!! YEA!!! Otherwise I'll be spending the rest of my life without sports! Will have to go for surgery after healing. (hopefully in 2 to 3 months time)

7th July 2008 - The weather was fantastic this evening and it's definitely good for all the football kakis... Went to the field late today cause was sticking to the mahjong table the whole afternoon. Anyway, football was fun this evening until I injured myself. This is my worst injury in football so far!!! Suspect ligament torn. Sigh.. No Football for few months!!! WTH!!!

Was struggling going out of the field cause I can't walk at all. Kenny, Hoy Meng, Howdy and Chee Ming took turns to carry me. (what else??? my weight la!!!!) Struggle even more when I shower but luckly I can still stand with one leg. Went to a clinic refered by Chee Ming in Brickfields after cleaning up. Howdy and Zhen Bin drove me there and start making fun of me while treated by the doctor.

The physiotherapist is an experience guy. He is the official physio for Malaysia My Team FC. He refered me to his friend's clinic in Pantai Hospital Pandan Indah for MRI scan and asked me to go for REHAB for further treatment. THEY TRY TO MAKE ME GO TO REHAB, AND I SAID NO!! NO!! NO!! ekekekeke...

My Last & New Tank of Petrol

13th June 2008 - I had my last RM1.92 tank of petrol today that went up to 534km before I fill up the tank. I tried to go even further with my last tank but afraid my car will break down in the middle of the road cause the fuel meter has already crossed the red mark! Sigh... Fill up my petrol tank in SHELL Station near my office this afternoon and guess what? RM85 for my car!!! What the hell man??? I'm just driving a KELISA!!! Any idea how fast can I get a motorcycle license? Probably be one of the Mat Rempit. =p

12th June 2008 - Got myself a new toy this afternoon. $$$$!!! =.=' Was thinking of getting an iPhone at first but many of my friends said it's not convenient and might have problems with the software once a while. (sorry to all the iPhone freaks) Still a NO NO for PDA phones cause I hate using the stylus. Therefore, i stick back to my second best phone which consists of almost everything a handphone can offer. (except touch screen la of course...)

12th June 2008 - Went for an event last week in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. It was a tiring week where I have to be at the booth the whole day and the exhibition hall is freaking BIG! Hall 1 to hall 5!!! Crazy Gila.... Anyway, the event was really a good one where I managed to generate some business leads from the 3 days event.

During the event, I was attracted by the Proton booth. They were having a showcase on the history of Proton cars and the newly lauched Proton Saga RED. (not sure if they're really launching it) The new Saga RED is freaking monsterous! The first Proton Saga which is red in colour was launched in 1985. Therefore, they are making this monsterous car in RED also with a bit of modification. I think this is the only Proton that looks good besides the Satri GTi. Hope they can come out with more fuel economy cars in future. (not gonna buy a Proton anyway)

10th June 2008 - The loss is said to be a major disgrace to Italian Football Federation. Everyone is talking about it and it is commented to be the Italian loss of the century..... How could such a World Cup Champion, world class Italian players have loss 3 goals? DiGi FUTSAL CHAMPIONSHIP 2008

10th June 2008 - DiGi Customer Service has recently organized a futsal tournament in conjunction with EURO 2008 for all DiGi staff. The tournament will be played from 9th to 26th June. Each department will have to take part in this tournament and my department will be playing as team Portugal. The group stages will be exactly the same as the groups in EURO. Unfortunately, team Portugal lost to Turkey yesterday when we kick start the tournament. Apart from that, each team will have to send a cheerleading team. GOOD NEWS for all the guys. Ekekeke.

5th June 2008 - It's a bad news for everyone, especially me today when petrol price increased to RM2.704 per litre. My plan to get it sometime next year has ended after the huge increase of petrol price. Some of my friends said the price will increase to RM4 to 4.50 per litre. What the HELL man...

I've a friend who just booked a Honda Civic and suppose to get it by this month, have no choice but to cancel the order because of this stupid price! Another friend of mine is worst cause his wife just bought a Honda CRV today while his already owning a Honda Civic not long ago. Why is this happening??? I want my Honda Civic!!! =(

UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL

21st May 2008 - Tomorrow is the day that most of us have been waiting for. It's 2007/2008 UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL that will be held in Moscow, Rusia. It will be all English Final for the first time in European history. Many of us have been planning on where to watch the game although it's a weekday. Most of the mamak stalls or pubs and bistro will probably be full by early mid night while some may choose to watch at home.

Today, all DiGizens received a very special email from the Corporate Admin Team.

Dear DiGizens,

We're thinking of organising a small get together of football fans on the occasion of the Live Telecast of the European's Champions League Final, which will be played in Moscow at about 2.00am on Thursday morning (local time).

We have set up the facilities for streaming the live telecast direct into the big screen of our Studio in D'House and will consider to have the game on if there are enough of you (at least 20) who want to watch it in D'House.

Yes, of course we will set up the nice and comfy sofa sets; and yes of course there will be light refreshments for your self-service as you go through the game. You get to cheer as loud as you want and talk to other supporters like yourself during the break. You have to admit it's definitely better than watching it alone at home and screaming by yourself.

Just remember that the next day is still a work day, and no, we're not giving you an extra day off - that part is still on your own. So, if you're interested, please send a response directly to Stella Gan (ylgan@digi.com.my) before 3.00 pm tomorrow and she'll let you know if its on or not. The ball (as they say) is now in your court!

13th May 2008 - It's mine now! Got this last Friday during company's function in Le Meredien Hotel. I've been waiting for this day to come and I've finally owned a Tag Heuer. This is one of the best incentives I've ever get besides $$$$ that I got last year.

I was extremely happy and proud to received the incentive. One thing good in doing sales is the extra incentives from the company on top of the commission. The next incentive offered is pretty attractive too. I'm looking forward in achieving it and go for a holiday in BALI with the top 20 achievers nationwide. This will be a 3 months challenge again where I have to hit 110% of my sales target and fight for the top 20 with more than 100 of sales person in the entire of DiGi Malaysia. It would be good if I can qualify for the fully paid trip. (can't wait!!!!)

REDS or BLUES?

9th April 2008 - Of course it will be the REDS again. AGAIN!!! I stay up to watch the match and it gave me a heart attack when cili padi Walcott did a superb run from half field and passed the ball to Baboonbayor. Score was 2-2 by then and I kept whacking my pillows cause if Liverpool don't score another one within the last 10 minutes, Arsenal will win on away goals. Arsene Wenger's celebration only lasted for a while and turns into frustration when Babel won a penalty from another Baboon. YEAHOO!!! I was standing in front of the TV hoping that Gerrard will not miss it. I was so damn happy when the ball entered the goal and all I'm hoping for is the last whistle. Moments before the referee blows his whistle, Babel netted the final goal and brought LIVERPOOL to the Semi Finals again. AGAIN!!! Can't wait to see Liverpool kick Chelsea's ass again in the Semi Finals. Ekekekeke.....

IT's BACK!!!

31st March 2008 - The day has finally arrived after waiting for another month for it! We celebrated Pammy a.k.a Piggy's birthday in Queen's Park today. She treated us dinner in Fook Kee Seafood Restaurant (known as "jui mao", drunken cat). All of us had ourselves filled with good food but only at 70% of our storage but i guess Piggy was at 99%. Hahaha...

After dinner, we proceed to Baskin Robins for ICE CREAM!!!! The guys, (Robin, Mervyn, Kai Loon and myself) shared the bill this time. Bought a few pints with different flavours such as Strawberry Cheese Cake, Vanilla, Jamocha Almond Fudge, Cookies & Cream, Love Portion 31 and Mango Sherbet (Piggy's favourite). Although we had so many flavours tonight, I was still very frustrated because both my favourites (Rum Raisin and Peppermint) were finished!!! My sister and I were queuing while the rest were sitting at Startbucks because BR was fully occupied. There were so many people queuing up for their favourite ice cream. I met an elderly couple buying themselves a Quart size Pistachio Almond only without mixing with other flavour. The ice cream was green in color and they told me it's Peppermint. =.=' I guess they must be cursing each other now for buying the wrong flavour. Haha...

Anyway, I'm quite happy this time where I managed to enjoy the 31% discount. Next outing would be Sushi King Promo on the 2nd week of April if I'm not mistaken. RM2 only per plate!!! Anyone??? Ekekekeke... Tomorrow GYM! =.='

It all started since November 2007 where many cool prizes and extra commisions were offered to individuals who meet the requirements. I was indeed very excited and shocked to see the list of prizes to be given away.

I've always wanted to have this even when i'm in secondary school where a friend of mine has it. I'm always tempted to buy one when I've started working but "mm seh tuck" to buy because it's really expensive!!! That is why I'm so sxcited when DiGi offers such incentives. Gay Outing on Thaipusam Eve

22nd January 2008 - It was a boring night on Thaipusam eve. All of us are planless, so Howdy and Bin came to my house and brought me go yum cha in Friendster Cafe in Damansara. It was a nice place to hang out there where we can enjoy beautiful sceneries there. =p But one thing bad is we have to leave early because they close at 1.00am. We have to finish our drinks real fast!

After drinking there we drove around PJ area and to my friend's newly converted 4 storey house in Kelana Jaya. Howdy and Bin were like, Wuahhh.... Trust me, it's really nice!! After going around her house we went to Poppy Garden to fetch a freind because she has no transport home. My garden was really empty that night where people can play police and thief inside. (Maybe I'm not around, that's why it's so empty.) Ekekeke..

After sending our friend home it's still very early, therefore we continue our gay outing where Howdy brought us to little Genting to check if there's any of our friends there.. emmmm.. you know what I mean and followed by Hulu Langat look out point. We spent almost an hour there chilling and taking gay pictures. Howdy your ultimate gay pose is with me! Hahaha... It's really nice up there where you can dine in or chill at the restaurants and cafes there. The view of KL from there is simply awesome!

Finally, we ended our G-outing at Steven's Corner where we watch Arsenal got trashed by Tottenham.. Yeahoo!!! Lousy Gunners is out!! Haha... It was a fun night going out with both of them although the places we went is a bit Gay. Haha...

18th January 2008 - It has been a while since i stopped exercising regularly. It is because of my busy schedule where I need to work and attend night classes for almost everyday. These are not excuses but it really takes up most of my time after night classes where I'll feel lazy and head straight to yum cha sessions with my buddies. (something is missing) =p

My mum is already complaining that I'm becoming like a married man with BIG BELLY. Ekekeke... Maybe I should start playing golf one day with one of my friend who's already playing in Mont Kiara. But that's the Dirrrrector's life because he invited me to play in the afternoon. I'm just an ordinary sales person for now but hope to be a Director one day but definitely not now. So I've no choice but to continue playing football every Sunday and get back to gym since I only have to attend 2 night classes this semester.

Last Thursday was a suffercating night in gym. Went there with Yuan Lih for cardio exercise but ended up with extra exercise. Met Keng and YL's friend there and they make me do 300 sit ups non stop. (I think I only did 50% or less) Ekekeke.. That was really too much for me and makes me feels a little dizzy. After doing that, I went for another round on the Walker machine to build up my stamina for football. This is becoming not so me as I'm working out regularly now. Not sure if I can stick to my new friends for long or not. Haha..

15th January 2008 - Today is another stressful day for me as I've to rush for my appointment in KL and attend a meeting during lunch time in my office. After attending the meeting, I've to rush for another appointment in Kuchai Lama before joining my team for a road show in Brickfields. Final Year in University of Abertay Dundee

14th January 2008 - Went to college to attend the University induction this evening after work. Was rushing the whole day meeting customers and caught in the traffic jam. Damn stress!! This is going to be another boring year in class because there is no motivation at all. (refering to girls... =p) But it's ok as I have other places to motivate me. Ekekeke..

SIA Interview

13th January 2008 - No!!! It's not me. I'm not qualified for SIA. Gan Li and I went to Concorde Hotel to accompany Kit for her interview. During our journey there, we discussed on where to have lunch after the interview at 1.00pm. I suggested Pavillion because I miss the beef noodles there. I'm anticipating for some pretty chicks while walking into the function rooms but both Gan Li and I were stopped by the coordinators. CIS!!! We get to see some of them during the toilet break and there were guys too who came for the interview. We were laughing at one guy who walks like Shakira. Maybe he is trying to tell the interviewer that his hips don't lie. HAHAHA!!! There are a few stages in the interview where the candidates would have to go through. Many people came out with disappointed faces and we noticed that Shakira guy actually called his friend to inform him that he's waiting for the result. 5 minutes later, he came out with his mobile phone and ask his friend to meet up to yum cha. HAHA!!! He got rejected!

The interview lasted until 7.00pm and Kit walk out happily and said, I GOT IN!!! The moment I heard that I start thinking of JOGOYA and can visualize myself with all the sushi. Ekekeke... CONGRATZ KIT!!!

12th January 2008 - Went for paintball today somewhere in Sungai Buloh with Alex, Terence, Jenn Hoel, Tammy, Boon Teng, Hong Tee and his friends. We started our journey at 2.30pm after having lunch in Taman Paramount. DUCK RICE!!! It took us about 45 minutes to get there as it is really deep in the kampung area where you can see mat rempits riding without wearing any helmet and shirt. The roads are really bumpy and we almost went over the pot holes because the road condition is really bad!

All of us got excited when we reached there because the place is not like the ordinary paintball ground with inflatable bunkers. The one here are with real bunkers made of concrete bricks, abandoned buildings and very much like a jungle terrain. I was frightened by chickens when i walk into the abandoned buildings. =.=' Feel like shooting them when i get my marker but was told not to disturb the chickens and cats by the marshals.

After listening to the marshals on all safety precautions around the area, we started of with capture the flag game. We were separated into 2 teams with 8 people per team. The game went on very well shooting each other but everyone was not following the game's objective to capture opponent's flag. Everyone was camping at their own base and busy shooting each other from distance except for one hero, Mr. Howdy who kamikazee all the way and earned himself 5 shots at his back. HAHAHA!!! Afterthat, we proceed for Storm the Fortress game where each team would need to take turns to defend and attack. This was better than the previous one where we get to shoot more and start giving other people 'kali kai'.

We have no choice but to stop playing after a few rounds because of the rain. So potong stim!!! All of us are trapped in the jungle for about an hour before making our way to our cars. We were hungry and thirsty by then and Tammy suggested seafood dinner in Kepong. During our way back, i brought everyone for a tour in the kampung area because i went to the wrong direction. HAHA!!!=p

So Not Me!!!

This is so not me as I finally decided to start blogging. I've never ever thought of starting a blog or any other related homepage because it's just not my style. I'm not sure if I'm going to do this regularly like any other bloggers as I've endless of work and activities to attend.

The title Endless is very meaningful to me as it reminds me of all my buddies (forget about the rrrrr thing :p) since secondary school time. It all started of with my senior Boone who named this clan Endless where he actually got this name from the DC comic book series. Ever since then, all of us have nick names like dream, destruction, despair, desire, dread, devastation, deceive destiny, delirium and many more. (some of the names are not from the comic series) As for me, I'm given the nick endless deceit! Don't ask me why?
